30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (only if shipping to EU)
If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
